HydroGrid was born from a simple observation: India's food system was fighting water, weather, and shrinking farmland. Hydroponics solves all three — but growers lacked reliable partners who understood local crops, local climate, and the economics that actually work.
We started by building farms ourselves, proving the unit economics, then packaged that knowledge into systems, training, and support others could plug into.
